Intercity has a wide relocation client-base with substantial experience. We have specialized procedures for appraisals relating to the Relocation process. Private clients and Relocation firms alike require timely reporting of appraised value combined with market research that completely explores the relevant market conditions. This includes analysis of current listings as well as recent comparable sales. Intercity makes a careful inventory of the property ensuring that all details are considered including: recent renovations; decorating; inclusion of chattels; views; neighbourhood location’ proximity to schools, shopping and public transport; and all other characteristics the client deems important to the analysis of the property.

Appraisals can be requested directly through our firm or through the Transferor’s HR Department or Relocation Firm hired by the Transferor.
